Manchester Men’s Health C.I.C. is dedicated to improving the wellbeing of men and young men across Manchester and beyond. We design creative, educational projects that build confidence, reduce isolation, and open conversations about mental health, relationships, and identity.

– Published performance poet and host of Word Central (9 years) and Rhyme Time (3 years) – Delivered writing workshops for major galleries, museums, and housing providers – 6 years delivering the Bridging to Change programme with Talk Listen Change – Featured on BBC North West, Radio 5 Live, and Granada TV 

Tony’s commitment is shaped by his own journey—growing up with three brothers, losing his father at 49, and experiencing the tragic loss of his brother to suicide at 35.
